Job Title: Part-Time Mail Clerk (Contract)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio

Schedule: 1st Shift | Part-Time

Pay Rate: $16–$18 per hour

Position Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mail Clerk for a part-time, first-shift contract opportunity with our client located in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is organized, and thrives in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail

• Prepare packages for shipping and ensure proper labeling and documentation

• Maintain mailroom supplies and equipment

• Assist with document scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal and external correspondence

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a mailroom or clerical support role preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
