Job Title: Waterproofing Superintendent

Location: Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Orlando, Charlotte, Tampa, Miami

Compensation : $75,000-100,000

Requirements: 2+ years commercial roofing and waterproofing background

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee construction projects and lead teams of Foremen, Craftsmen, Senior Technicians, and Technicians I & II. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork across all aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction practices, and a commitment to excellence.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreman in construction
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong leadership and employee development skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• English speaking; bilingual preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather and elevated conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to work 40+ hours/week including overtime
