Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc. Reporting: SQL Knowledge - Basic understanding of querying databases for data analysis. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Should be able to collaborate and work with the team. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Documentation: Ability to create clear and comprehensive documents like BRD, FRD, NFRD, User Stories, Workflow diagrams, Data flow diagrams, System design documents, etc. Tools: Knowledge of the following tools: Must Know: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Office Productivity Tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, presentation, and communication), Burndown Charts and Velocity Tracking tools, retrospective tools.
