Who are we looking for?

  • Energetic leader with the ability to develop, motivate and retain a successful parts counter team.
  • Parts Manager with a proven track record of maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments and build great teams.
  • Closing skills and a great attitude are a must.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of High-volume dealership, Parts Manager experience ( Required ).
  • Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing team.
  • Strong Inventory Management experience and knowledge of Inventory Control.
