NAVAJO TRIBAL UTILITY AUTHORITY
(3 Positions)

The Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is accepting resumes and letters of interest for three positions to serve on the NTUA Management Board for a term of three years beginning (October 2025-October 2028). The Management Board consists of seven (7) members, all appointed by the Resources and Development Committee of the Navajo Nation Council.

The qualifications required are:

1. Four of the Directors shall be enrolled members of the Navajo Tribe, be fluent in the English language, education and experience on utility business practices and procedures highly preferred, and have demonstrated decision making experience; and


2. Four Directors shall be individuals with no less than ten years experience in business management; and at least two of the Directors shall have experience in the management and operation of a utility business.
