This position is for a Human Resources role. This position will be based out of Antaira Headquarters in Las Vegas, NV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

  • Employee Relations & Performance Management:
  • Administer Human Resources (HR) policies and programs to ensure compliance in staffing and recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits, and personnel records administration.
  • Handle various aspects of HR, including administration, legal compliance, policy/procedure enforcement, benefits, compensation, hiring, retention and termination.
  • Conduct employee feedback initiatives, such as surveys, roundtables, and exit interviews, and collaborate with operations to implement actionable change plans. 
  • Support adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Management on internal initiatives to enhance team development, morale, and engagement through training opportunities and HR projects.
  • HR Analytics:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with organizational requirements. 
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, drive decision-making, and recommend improvements to leaders for workforce planning. 
  • Analyze employee data to identify patterns in turnover, absenteeism, and performance and provide insights to Management.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as employee engagement, satisfaction and retention rates. 
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with Management to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent insights, and recruitment best practices.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job platforms, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
  • Conduct resume screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, potential, and fit.
  • Facilitate interview coordination, candidate assessments, and feedback alignment with hiring teams.
  • Deliver an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, employee retention, or a related HR function, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in employee relations, policy and procedure administration, recruiting and staffing, and HR tools.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptable and hands-on, with ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Passionate about human resources, talent acquisition and retention, and delivering exceptional employee experience, with the ability to proactively provide management with ideas on creating and maintaining a positive employee relations environment.
  • Successfully model teamwork and demonstrate a collaborative approach when working with team members.

  • Proficient with Google Office and web presentation tools.
