Job Description: We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer/Dialer/Opener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer system.
• Introduce our precious metals products and services to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to pass on to the sales team.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to discuss investment opportunities with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Interest or experience in the precious metals industry is a plus.
• Must be able to qualify leads effectively.
