We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our growing IT team. This role will assist with end user support, monitor systems for performance and security issues and help facilitate continuous improvement. To do well in this role you will need to be a team player, provide excellent customer service, and get stuff done.

Helpdesk IT Tech Core Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards.
  • Tests work before implementing.

Additional Responsibilities

  • End user support
  • Research, develop, and implement IT solutions based on company’s IT vision.
  • Increase system and business efficiency through workflows and other automation tasks.
  • Maintain and enhance system monitoring and management processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or related field, or a combination of schooling, certifications, and on the job experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in information technology.
  • Understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Software deployment, Helpdesk Ticketing
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Cloud Telephony, and CAD applications is a plus.
