Job Summary:
This role is responsible for accurately selecting, moving, and preparing orders using a cherry picker forklift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating powered industrial equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate a cherry picker forklift (Order Picker) to retrieve and move products from warehouse racks.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately based on order sheets or RF scanners.

Safely load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse.

• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation.
• Meet quota of 50–60 orders per hour, depending on the cherry picker used
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as restocking, labeling, or cleaning as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a cherry picker / order picker forklift preferred

Minimum 2yrs experience, have operated the picker within the last 6 months

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and working at heights.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
