We’re looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher with an Illinois LBS1 license for a full-time position in the Naperville, IL area . This is an onsite school-based role with flexibility to choose a morning or afternoon start time , making it a great fit for both experienced educators and new graduates.
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois LBS1 Special Education teaching license (required)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
School-based or pediatric experience (preferred)
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
New graduates encouraged to apply
Schedule & Location:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Morning or afternoon schedule based on candidate preference
Onsite at a public school in the Naperville, IL area
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals
Modify lessons to support diverse learning needs
Collaborate with general ed teachers, related service providers, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and ensure IDEA/state compliance
Track and report student progress
