What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Utilize knowledge and influence to drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Document Hosting
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
• Conduct outreach to identify potential clients and their needs
• Manage accounts of existing clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Proven track record of success in sales within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
• Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
• Strong connections and influence within the eDiscovery market
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical details to clients
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience in managing client relationships in a sales environment
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in eDiscovery and litigation support
