About the Role We’re looking for a bilingual Senior Data & Compliance Specialist with strong analytical instincts and operational precision to support key areas of our business: data reporting, regulatory compliance, and workforce administration. This is a role that touches multiple departments and requires a high level of independence, attention to detail, and comfort with both numbers and documentation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be willing to take a basic Excel proficiency test during the interview process. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports using tools like Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Lookup functions Design dashboards, data models, and internal trackers that support inventory, finance, and general operations Write and execute SQL queries to extract data from internal systems; no experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential Investigate and resolve data issues quickly and accurately across multiple sources and tools Operations & Inventory Oversight Maintain accurate records across warehouse systems Help manage inventory levels, track lead times and replenishment needs Assist in planning inbound shipments, including coordinating container builds and preparing necessary documentation Document recurring processes and support internal controls by improving workflows and SOPs Compliance & Workforce Administration Administer payroll processing and assist in preparing for audits such as workers' compensation, unemployment, and benefit-related reviews Monitor insurance coverage and ensure active policies are in place for business operations, employee benefits, and general risk management Support compliance tasks related to benefit programs, including 401(k) audits and nondiscrimination testing Maintain accurate employee records and ensure correct worker classification based on Florida and federal guidelines Qualifications Excel skills (Advanced): Power Query, Pivot Tables; VBA a plus Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) 3 to 5 years in operations, compliance, data analysis, or HR support Highly organized with strong documentation skills Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information Experience with SQL and Inventory software is helpful but not required Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced certification preferred Paid training and learning support Medical, dental, and vision insurance (with some employer-paid portions) Short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match after one year PTO: 80 hours per year beginning January 2026 Birthday PTO after one full year of employment Jury Duty/Voting Leave Paid holidays, including a full winter break from December 24 to January 1 About Us AccuBANKER, a leading brand under Hilton Trading Corp., specializes in cash-handling and loss-prevention solutions trusted worldwide.
