Position summary:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling business disputes such as contract litigation, partnership/shareholder disputes, and corporate/enterprise -level matters from discovery through motion practice, trials, and appeals. The role offers significant responsibility, early client interaction, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the chance to work alongside senior litigators on sophisticated matters.
