Travel Clinical Research Nurse Opportunity – Multiple Trials (Washington)
Location: Wenatchee, WA
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Days, M-F
Contract Type: 13 weeks
Licensure: WA or Compact RN License Required
Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical research and direct patient interaction? We’re actively seeking an experienced Clinical Research Nurse to support the objectives of a leading research department in Washington State. This is a contracted position through our agency, offering competitive compensation and the chance to work on multiple active clinical trials with a reputable healthcare organization.
Position Highlights
• Coordinate and manage multiple clinical research trials from start to close-out
• Maintain direct, ongoing patient contact throughout study duration
• Collaborate with sponsor reps, investigators, and clinical teams
• Ensure compliance with protocol, FDA, and sponsor guidelines
• Process and ship biological specimens; maintain investigational product
• Support prescreening and recruitment activities
• Track financials and patient visits for study-related billing
• Attend sponsor/investigator meetings as needed
Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time contract, standard weekday schedule
• Travel and lodging support available, if applicable
• Competitive hourly rates – based on experience and licensure
• BLS required; GCP & IATA training preferred
Requirements
• Active WA RN license or Compact State License
• 2+ years of clinical research or relevant experience (AA + 2 years or HS + 4 years)
• Proficient in phlebotomy, injections, ECGs
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Computer-savvy and adaptable to EMRs and research databases
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
• Prior experience managing study start-up and close-out
• Experience acting as liaison during audits or sponsor visits
