Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department night shift position requiring a ME or compact RN license.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Provides care for patients experiencing a wide range of emergency situations
• 12-hour night shifts with variable scheduling
• 6-week contract assignment
• Responsible for delivering patient- and family-centered emergency care
• Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Supports the organization's mission, vision, and values
• No COVID-19 vaccination requirement specified
• Local candidates are accepted as there is no radius rule in place

• Active ME or compact RN license required
• Ability to function independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations
• Strong assessment, communication, computer, and documentation skills required
