Job Description & RequirementsJob Description — X-Ray/CT Technologist (With Contrast Injection)\n\nLocation: Auburn, NY\nContract: 13 Weeks\nSchedule Options:\n\nFri or Mon/Sat/Sun — 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM\n\nSat/Sun/Mon — 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM\nCall: Required\n\nPosition Overview\n\nA facility in Auburn, NY is seeking a New York–licensed X-ray/CT Technologist capable of performing contrast injections and starting their own IVs. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both modalities and be able to work independently within a busy imaging environment.\n\nRequirements\nLicensure & Certifications\n\nNYS License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (CRT)\n\nARRT (CT) certification — Required\n\nBLS — Required\n\nMust be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program (CT)\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum 2 years of X-ray/CT experience\n\nMust be competent with contrast injections\n\nMust be able to start IVs independently\n\nMandatory Pre-Start Requirement\n\n2 CEUs on a Stroke-related topic — must be completed prior to start\n\nEquipment & Systems\n\nPhilips CT/X-ray equipment\n\nFuji Synapse PACS system\n\nParagon (Citrix Product) for documentation and workflow\n\nFacility Notes\n\nFacility may cancel up to 3 shifts at no cost over the 13-week assignment\n\nCall coverage is required
