Job Title: Title Processor
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL 32714
Salary: $40,000–$43,000 annually (competitive pay based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Title Processor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in title processing and a solid understanding of real estate transactions. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process new contracts: open files, order title, lien searches, and HOA estoppels
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
Post-closing duties including copying/scanning files and processing payments
Provide administrative support to the litigation paralegal, including filing and document management
Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Work collaboratively with clients, team members, and external parties
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of title processing experience
Proficient in real estate transactions and title documentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
