About the Role: mar is looking for a superstar Talent Manager to join our team. This TM will be responsible for day-to-day management of talent, growing brand partnerships (negotiating and closing), social strategy development, and more. You’ll play a key role in our creator’s businesses! Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of creators; daily comms, strategy help, long-term planning, and business decisions Collaborate with the team to pitch and secure new and renewal brand deals, meet monthly revenue goals, and cultivate agency, talent, and brand relationships Manage entire lifecycle of brand campaigns — from ideation and contracting through execution and wrap Act as lead negotiator on behalf of talent in contracts and brand deal discussions Identify new revenue opportunities Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and emerging talent to support evolving strategy Maintain and grow an internal database of influencer contacts, managers, publicists, and industry tastemakers Support new business efforts through research, proposals, and pitch decks Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in influencer/creator talent management or influencer marketing required Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with a strong eye for detail and follow-through Strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve under pressure and quick deadlines Self-starter with a passion for social media, creator economy, and digital brand-building Experience negotiating contracts and managing brand campaigns Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industries Marketing Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at mar agency by 2x San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area $75,000.00-$80,000.00 1 month ago #J-18808-Ljbffr mar agency
