Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, youre ready to lead by example, go All IN, and empower your team to excel in connecting customers to their world.

Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership. You will be the primary contact for store employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct observations of employee-customer interactions, provide feedback, and facilitate training and coaching to ensure team development.
  2. Handle customer issues to enhance the customer experience within the T-Mobile brand.
  3. Own store success by managing staffing, scheduling, store assets, marketing, loss prevention, and other operational functions.
  4. Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new store programs.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  6. Hire passionate employees who are enthusiastic about building customer relationships and digital technology.
  7. Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognition.
  8. Lead by example, stay updated on products and services, and serve as an expert resource.
  9. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
  10. Drive store productivity, manage expenses, and deliver financial results based on KPIs.
  11. Invest in team success through personalized performance management and recognition.
  12. Ensure employees meet or exceed monthly success metrics and sales goals.

The experience youll bring:

  • 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Communication (Required)

  • Customer Service (Required)

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Required)
  • 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • High School Diploma or GED
