Job Description
We are seeking a Solar Service Advisor to join our team in Converse, Texas. This role focuses on supporting our customers with their Solar Panel , Battery , and Generator systems through phone and email consultation. You will document service requests in our ticketing system, assist with troubleshooting, coordinate field services, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities - Consult with customers to identify service needs and provide support.
- Document interactions and updates in the Zoho Desk ticketing system.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with clients and technicians.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and warranty documentation.
- Support return material authorizations (RMAs) when required.
- (Preferred) Apply knowledge of solar equipment such as Enphase, SolarEdge, as well as battery and generator systems.

Qualifications - Prior construction or related experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate care for people and a strong customer service mindset.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and integrity are essential.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy required; experience with ticketing systems a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
