Position Summary: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media & Advertising Coordinator/Photographer. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of aircraft, creating engaging social media content, managing online and print advertising, and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller, able to showcase our brand and inventory through dynamic visual and written content.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography:

Capture professional photos and videos of aircraft that are both technically accurate and visually compelling.
Edit and enhance images and videos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
Organize and maintain a library of media assets for both internal and external use.

Social Media Coordination:

Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with audiences and grow our online presence.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and reach.

Advertising Management:

Manage advertising efforts on platforms such as Controller, Trade-A-Plane, and other industry outlets.
Ensure advertisements are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to effectively showcase the unique features of each aircraft.

Performance Reporting:

Analyze and report on the performance of digital advertising and social media campaigns, including traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Provide recommendations for improvements based on campaign analytics and trends.

General Marketing Support:

Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing materials under the guidance of the Vice President of Development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and materials.

Work Environment:

This position is based at our headquarters in Lexington, KY, with occasional travel to off-site locations for photoshoots.
Some remote work is possible, with prior approval from management and adherence to a structured schedule. Remote workdays may change due to operational needs such as weather conditions or shooting schedules.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in photography, social media management, or advertising.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) for photo and video editing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Experience with digital advertising platforms and performance reporting tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Passion for aviation is required!
A private pilot license is a plus.
