As a Security Professional - Corporate Lobby in Scottsdale, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your role will involve monitoring access, assisting guests, and responding to security-related incidents as needed. You will help to deter unwanted activity while maintaining a welcoming presence. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify identification, and manage visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including communication with relevant personnel and/or authorities.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activities in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
