Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed School Psychologist is needed for a contract position in Kershaw, SC, serving K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This role focuses primarily on conducting initial evaluations in compliance with district requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Complete initial psycho-educational evaluations for students, ensuring each assessment is thorough yet efficient, with an expected completion time of 5-7 hours.
• Utilize EdPlan, the districts IEP (Individualized Education Program) system, to document evaluations and support student educational planning.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to provide data-driven insights that inform individualized student support services.
• Adhere to all district policies and maintain confidentiality in all student interactions and records.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active South Carolina school psychologist license required.
• Proficiency in EdPlan or equivalent IEP software is essential.
• Experience conducting evaluations for K-12 student populations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage workload efficiently within contracted hours.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Location: Kershaw, South Carolina
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Term: Nine-month school year
