You must be comfortable with face to face interaction, customer service and retail sales. Along with your highly developed communication skills, you should be: Friendly, outgoing, motivated and a self starter Multi-tasker that is results oriented and pays attention to detail Customer service extraordinaire Work cohesively in a team environment Trustworthy, timely, efficient, courteous and kind Marketing background a plus Have a passion for business Salon/Spa experience a plus Executive Assistant experience a plus Duties Answering multiple phone lines in a friendly, articulate and consistent manner Educating and selling products and services to clients Booking and coordinating appointments, inventory & ordering Comprehensive computer skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Assisting CEO in all areas If you have a charismatic and intuitive personality this position is for you!
