Job Description

Overview

The Salesforce Developer 1 provides break fix and DevSecOps support of PEO Enterprise Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS-A) using established processes, AIE Salesforce IL 4 Platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure, MuleSoft Interface Utility, and Azure DevOps (ADO) Agile Tool.

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce to resolve defects, user, and performance issues
• Utilize the Apex codebase for custom solutions to defects
• Resolve data migration issues
• Resolve interface issues
• Fix defects tracked on the AIE ADO backlog based on severity and government prioritization
• Provide AWS system administration and resolution
• Configure the AIE Salesforce platform to address performance and user experience issues
• Resolve interface issues using MuleSoft when feasible
• Resolve data migration issues from and to legacy systems
• Decompose user needs and requirements into technical user stories
• Understand the constraints to deploy software functionality within the Army environment to include cybersecurity and testing requirements

Qualifications

• Required: BA/BS degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science discipline. An additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
• 5 years' IT experience
• Experience using AIE Salesforce IL 4 Platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure, MuleSoft Interface Utility, and Azure DevOps (ADO) Agile Tool
• Demonstrated experience using Salesforce CI/CD Tools and Utilities (e.g. Salesforce Shield, CRM platform, Mobile App, Maps)
• Secret Clearance
