JOB DESCRIPTION

Prospect assigned territory, clients, and leads. Enhance regional sales efforts through increased local client visits. Build strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategies. Identify and develop new targets to expand regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value-Added solutions. Maintain current customer relationships with the goal of increasing revenue and freight volume. Increase market penetration for the PSA BDP brand. Collaborate with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within the region. Achieve and surpass KPIs related to client visits and customer retention. Conduct market research with sales support teams to grow individual sales pipelines. Perform other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of experience in global sales (preferred). Minimum 3 years of industry experience (preferred). At least 1 year of experience selling freight forwarding in the chemical vertical. Knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, or Overland Freight within a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
