**Job Description**

Essential Functions:

1. Implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
2. Monitor safety management system effectiveness and progress against safety standards.
3. Lead safety personnel and manage safety programs.
4. Train managers and employees in safety practices, fire prevention, and handling hazardous materials.
5. Inspect facilities for hazards, determine corrective actions, and ensure their implementation.
6. Manage accident and incident reporting and investigations.
7. Produce safety performance reports and review trends for prevention.
8. Regularly meet with safety team to review management and performance.
9. Report safety performance to management and liaise with corporate safety leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 10-20 years of construction experience.
3. OSHA 30-hour training required.
