PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates with extensive outside, B2B experience and a documented history of surpassing quota will be considered for this role.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, ideally in a hunter-style, outbound environment
  • Proven experience in cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, and quota achievement
Proficiency using CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and closing skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial and industrial verticals in the Buffalo territory
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person and virtual site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Generate leads and manage prospect pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Cultivate strong internal and external customer relationships
  • Close deals and meet/exceed assigned quotas
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and report on pipeline and progress
  • Work autonomously as a self-starter in a fully remote sales environment
  • Travel locally to meet prospective clients and manage client relationships
