General Responsibilities

  • Actively recruit, interview, and hire candidates, for blue- and white-collar positions.
  • Conduct pre-employment screening procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring all applicant paperwork is complete, accurate and all forms on the checklist have been included.
  • Provide high level of customer service resolving customer issues etc.
  • Interview and evaluate their qualifications for assignments.
  • Actively recruit temporary employees to maintain a consistent flow of candidates. Seek new methods of recruiting temporary employees and continue to utilize current recruiting sources that have been effective.
  • Assign/place qualified temporary employees to customer work orders
  • Be vigilant in the Processing of I-9’s and ensure I9’s are completed correctly, signed and filed properly according to the I-9 requirements.
  • Input/enter job orders and employee application information into database in a timely manner.
  • Protect the confidentiality of all customer and temporary associate information.
  • Maintain customer and temporary associate records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Document all employee and customer information into database.
  • Input applications and job orders on a timely manner.

 

Requirements:

  • Have the knowledge and ability to apply effective management and leadership techniques.
  • Must have knowledge of employment-related labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to identify and define issues/problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and solutions.
  • Strong Computer skills – Word / PowerPoint / Excel to compose routine reports and correspondence
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST
  • Experience in Retail/ Sales/ Banking enviorment welcome.
