Optomi, in partnership with an innovative and fast-growing software company within the entertainment industry, is seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager in their Orlando, FL location! This Product Operations Manager will focus on supporting end-to-end user experience!

Experience of the right candidate:

• 3+ years of digital product management experience (web/mobile)
• Strong strategic thinking and action-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills (data-driven decision-making)
• Able to lead across teams and collaborate to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Experience navigating technical, user, and business needs simultaneously
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Champion and advocate for the user experience in digital products
• Own and execute the digital product strategy for customer facing experiences
• Translate strategic direction into prioritized user stories, requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Present digital strategy and updates to Executive stakeholders
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily scrums
• Ensure alignment between product vision, design, and development teams
• Contribute to go-to-market planning and post-launch product performance monitoring
• Support delivery, content updates, and on-call collaboration for uptime
• Monitor A/B test results and propose optimization strategies for digital platforms
