Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing for a Global Industry Leader

We are representing Europe’s leading office furniture manufacturer , a company recognized worldwide for design, quality, and sustainability. They are expanding their U.S. procurement function and hiring two Procurement Managers :

📍 Delanco, New Jersey

📍 Sparks, Nevada (Reno area)

This is not about pushing purchase orders — it’s about shaping procurement strategy and building supplier partnerships that drive business impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead strategic sourcing : identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across key categories.
• Negotiate frame agreements and ensure long-term, cost-effective partnerships.
• Consolidate supplier base to maximize economies of scale .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with corporate goals.
• Manage direct material categories (steel, plastics, textiles — 50% of total spend).
• Build and nurture supplier relationships through regular engagement and visits.
• Drive KPIs: cost savings, signed frame agreements, and supplier performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of procurement experience, ideally in a corporate or multinational environment .
• Strong negotiation track record in securing high-value, long-term contracts.
• Background in direct materials (steel, plastics, textiles preferred, but not required).
• Strategic mindset — not day-to-day purchasing.
• Comfortable working across borders, cultures, and corporate structures.
