Your Role as a Pro-Partner:

  • Generate new business exclusively through your personal networking, community engagement, referrals, and direct prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct professional in-home consultations, designing custom ADT smart home and security solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline with the autonomy of a business owner.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial sale through installation.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • A proven track record of success in a 100% self-generated sales role (experience in security, solar, roofing, or other in-home sales is essential).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a true hunter mentality and a relentless work ethic.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience in the home security industry.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
