Plant Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in plastic injection molding . This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing plant operations, leading teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
Lead and develop cross-functional teams to meet production goals and KPIs.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
Maintain accurate records of operational performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Plant Manager or similar leadership role within a plastic injection molding environment.
P&L experience owning Budget for individual plants and/or multiple plants in a region.
Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, and equipment.
Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance.
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Starting at $160,000 based on experience
