PILATES INSTRUCTOR FOR INTERBAY

FULL-TIME & PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE: $40.00-65.00 PER CLASS OR MORE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. NEGOTIABLE FOR QUALIFIED TALENT. We offer base pay plus a set rate for classes taught and bonuses based on class count.

INSTRUCTOR HIGHLIGHTS

We are currently hiring instructors with a minimum of Mat & Reformer training. You will lead challenging, fitness‑based Pilates classes safely for all client levels. Instructors have the opportunity to teach group classes, private and semi‑private sessions in our state‑of‑the‑art studios featuring Balanced Body equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum Mat & Reformer) Contemporary approach to classical exercises Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities Effective communication skills Willingness to adopt new Pilates industry developments Passion for continuing education and seminars Punctual and reliable

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Skillful use of Pilates equipment—including Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, Magic Circle Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries/limitations, ensuring safety and anatomical accuracy Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards Develop and deliver class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging per Club Pilates standards Deliver instruction in group apparatus classes, private and semi‑private training sessions as scheduled Perform other duties as assigned
