Inpatient Pharmacist Opportunity Florence, SC
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evenings (12:30 PM 10:00 PM), rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately interpret and enter medication orders to ensure safe patient care.
Dispense and verify IV medications, medication carts, and kits with precision.
Serve as a trusted drug information resource for clinical staff.
Promote the effective and safe use of automated pharmacy systems and electronic health records (EHR).
Proactively communicate with providers regarding any medication order concerns.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support ongoing pharmacy operations.
Assist with formulary management, educational in-services, and participate in hospital rounds.
Requirements:
Active South Carolina pharmacist license in-hand .
Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
