Responsibilities of the Office Admin:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive team members and all staff.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems.

  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of company events.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

  • Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications of the Office Admin:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

  • Professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.

  • Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven administrative experience.
