Job Description
Master Level Social Worker or Counselor
· This position is a 1099 contract position.
· Flexible days and hours.
· Minimum of 4 clients per week, no maximum.
· Hybrid possible, onsite preferred.
· Annual rate increase and bonuses.
Position is to provide evidence based mental health therapy to our clients.
· Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling is required.
· Requires a strong understanding of evidence based mental health counseling.
· Requires a strong understanding of HIPAA and Ethical Standards.
· Familiarity with Telehealth is preferred but not required.
· Familiarity with EMR is preferred but not required.
· All therapists are required to attend one monthly all staff meeting.
We are offering a $500 sign on bonus for an onsite adolescent/adult therapist billing at least 4 hours per week for four months.
We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus for an onsite adolescent/adult therapist billing at least 4 hours per week for six months.
We accept applicants licensed at the independent or non-independent level.
Non-independent level therapists will be provided a minimum of one hour of supervision per week, free of charge by a LCSW or LPCC supervisor credentialed by the New Mexico RLD and the Arizona BBHE.
We do accept out of state applicants that are willing to get a NM State Licensure and are will to provide relocation assistance after six months.
Duties
· Assessments and treatment plans.
· Individual and/or family counseling.
· Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours of treatment session.
· Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.
· Collaborate with health care professionals to coordinate care.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
License/Certification:
· NEW MEXICO LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LMHC (Required)
