Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift 📍 Solon, OH | 🕒 Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 💲 $30-$35/hr (based on experience)

Maintenance Mechanic to keep our filling, packaging, and mixing operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment-while working alongside a talented team that values safety, quality, and innovation.
What You'll Do \n - Diagnose, repair, and set up machinery in production and facility areas.
\n - Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition.
\n - Work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, welding, and carpentry systems.
\n - Use machine tools to fabricate parts and fixtures when needed.
\n - Interpret technical drawings and schematics to solve equipment issues.
\n - Troubleshoot high-voltage and low-voltage control systems with a multimeter.
\n - Train and mentor other mechanics and inspect their work for quality.
\n - Keep accurate maintenance records and initiate work orders.

What You Bring \n - High school diploma/GED + 3-5 years in a technical trade or similar role.
\n - Strong industrial electrical skills (PLC, Air Logic, I/O controls, 24VDC/120VAC).
\n - Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, schematics, and technical drawings.
\n - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment (bending, climbing, twisting).
\n - Comfort working around heat/cold, dust, chemicals, noise, and heights (training and PPE provided).
\n - Experience operating motorized equipment (like powered industrial trucks) is a plus.
