They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange measurements, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities Welcome customers to the store and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs. Provide showroom tours, set up for kitchen and/or bath measurements, and review room designs with customers. Make purchasing recommendations based on designs discussed with customers. Support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. Drive sales to support department and store goals.
