Job Description Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, setting up for measurements, and reviewing room designs with purchasing recommendations. Designers also ensure stock levels of samples and brochures are maintained and support store appearance by managing displays and showrooms to promote a safe and appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales and meet store goals. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
