Intake Support Representative (Northwest Phoenix) Onsite – Surprise, AZ Schedule: Full-time. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (rotating coverage schedule) This is an ongoing contract with potential to convert. About the Role Our client is seeking Intake Support Representatives to join our Admissions Contact Center team. These individuals will play a critical role in supporting our client’s Care Representatives, who are the first point of contact for patients and families seeking treatment. This is a non-clinical support position. You will not provide therapy or discuss treatment. Instead, you will focus on administrative and outreach tasks that keep the intake process running smoothly, ensuring families and patients are connected quickly to the care team. Key Responsibilities Review intake forms for missing or incomplete information. Contact patients or family members to request missing details. Place reminder calls or voicemails when needed. If contact is made, courteously transfer callers to a Care Representative for direct assistance. Document outreach activities accurately in Salesforce and other internal systems. Support the overall intake workflow to reduce administrative burden on Care Representatives. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach during all interactions. Required Previous contact center or call center experience Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy Ability to follow processes, manage administrative details, and document accurately Willingness to work onsite Ability to pass a drug screen MS Office Proficiency High School graduate Preferred Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or behavioral health settings Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
