Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $26.50 an hour + $$1.50 shift differential

You will join a long tenured and experienced crew while receiving on the job training before doing the role independently. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite on a small team of fellow Technicians. You will oversee the production processes in the manufacture of Snack Pack Pudding and will operate a sit-down forklift throughout your shift. We are a tobacco free facility.

Internally, this role is called a Production Technician.

Job Details:

Schedule: 2-2-3 | 7:00pm - 7:30am | Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - Sunday; Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

Starting Pay: $26.50 + $1.50/hour shift differential

Essential Functions:

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain our form, fill and seal C300 machine
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly equipment inspections/maintenance tasks.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures within the assigned work area.
• Perform product checks to verify quality measures.
• Complete equipment sanitation.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities with a focus on developing efficient processes.
• Identify any safety, quality or operational issues to the appropriate resources.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all 5S requirements.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, CNC Machining or Automotive Technology
• 3+ years of Maintenance Experience
• 2+ years of Food Manufacturing Experience
• 2+ years of LOTO Experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Suite Experience
• 2+ years of Electrical Troubleshooting between 460V voltage and 24V voltage
• 2+ years of reading blueprints and troubleshooting based on schematic drawings
• 2+ years of understanding servos and troubleshooting error codes/faults
• 1 year of Automotive Maintenance Experience

Work Environment Requirements:

• You will work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions including moderate noise levels.
• You will lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• You will move within office and manufacturing facilities, write by hand and keyboard, and perform general office functions.
