We provide comprehensive critical operational, engineering and customer support solutions including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, marketing and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry. Were looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our ranks!

Purpose of the role

We are seeking a highly autonomous and experiencedFP&A Analystto join our Tucson site. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, operations-driven environment and is comfortable working independently. The successful candidate will bring deep FP&A expertise, strong systems knowledge and a proven ability to collaborate daily with operational teams.

Here are the daily responsibilities of an FP&A:

• Lead siteFP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for the local site.

• Partner closely with site operations to provide real-time financial insights and support daily decision-making.
• Act as a financial advisor to operational leaders, not just a provider of reports.
• Prepare and present financial results and recommendations to leadership.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, inventory analysis and reporting packages.
• Utilize SAP and Empower MX (business system) to extract, analyze, and report financial and operational data.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases and investment decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

• Ensure the Group procedures are applied on site

• Local Finance contact working closely with MRO Finance team

• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and oversight as needed.

Here is what is required to succeed:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 yearsof progressive experience in FP&A, ideally in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with operations teams on a daily basis.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems
• Not a desk-only analystmust be proactive, visible, and engaged with the business.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of financial statements.
• Experience in mentoring other finance team members.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tucson, AZ.
• The role requires close collaboration with operations and other site-based functions.
• The analyst will be expected to operate autonomously and take initiative without daily oversight.

• Ability to travel to other locations
