Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Becoming a great ambassador & promoter of Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, and our services. Greeting and checking in with all members, making them feel welcome and essential. Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner. Selling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals from existing members. Conducting guest tours. Assisting with the club’s daily maintenance and other tasks as assigned by management. Creating relationships inside and outside the gym. Participating in or managing various marketing events. Learning and adhering to our processes and procedures. Following up on your incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email. Candidate Requirements: Always display a positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality. Experience in customer-facing roles, fitness, or sales is preferred. A flexible work schedule with availability to work weekends is preferred. Previous gym experience is a plus but not required. We seek candidates passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
