BWW LAW GROUP, LLC, an “AV” rated real estate default law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD and Richmond, VA is seeking an administrative support professional to join our title team assigned to the Richmond, VA office. Filling the role of Title Examiner, the selected individual will demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet client and court driven deadlines. This position is ideal for someone with prior title review experience, but training is available for candidates who work hard and are enthusiastic about expanding their skillset and knowledge. This position reports to a team lead and manager and is currently hybrid remote / on-site. Our Richmond office has a casual atmosphere and free parking.

Responsibilities:

• Review real estate title searches
• Analyze deeds, deeds of trusts, judgments, taxes, liens and other matters of record
• Identify title issues and summarize and report title findings
• Communicate with clients, vendors and staff
• Monitor client system and firm pipeline for daily workload and update firm and client systems when necessary

Qualifications :

• Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills, and be able to multitask
• High School diploma or equivalent and/or relevant certifications or coursework
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Previous real estate, title review, settlement or law firm experience is preferred , but not required
• Previous office experience is preferred
• Ability to work during business hours (9-5:30 M-F) and on-site
