Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $30 – $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in the planning, organization, and execution of various events, ensuring an exceptional experience for all attendees. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about event management and possess a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion.
• Help organize event logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Manage registration processes for attendees and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure all requirements are met on time.
• Set up event spaces, including signage and decorations, to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing strategies for events.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interactions.
• Experience or coursework in event planning or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
