Join one of the fastest-growing solar teams in Massachusetts. We’re looking for a driven, coachable, and hardworking individual to generate solar appointments through face-to-face outreach and strategic door knocking. You’ll represent Boundless Energy in the field, helping homeowners learn how they can save on energy bills - and earn high commission and team bonuses for each qualified appointment that turns into a solar install.

This is not a desk job. It’s for someone who wants to be out in the field, talk to people, and build real momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knock doors and speak with homeowners in designated areas
• Set up appointments for licensed solar consultants
• Track interactions, territory, and results daily
• Communicate with your direct manager to move projects forward
• Work independently but be open to coaching and collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic — not afraid to knock 50+ doors/day
• Clear communicator and personable
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• No prior solar or sales experience required but its preferred
• Must be hungry to learn, grow, and earn

Compensation:

• Earn 50% commission on each closed solar deal — average project commissions are $3,000+ , depending on system size
• Get paid per install — no cap on how much you can earn
• Additional bonuses and team incentives available
• Consistent field reps are realistically earning $4,000–$8,000+ per month , with top performers doing even more

This is a 100% commission-based role , but the earning potential is among the highest it’s ever been. The more qualified appointments you help generate, the more you earn — it’s that simple.
