We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a vital member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various aspects of marketing, from digital campaigns to brand promotion, while learning from experienced professionals in the field.

Pay Range:

$22.00 - $32.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and gather consumer insights.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on findings.
• Coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
