Vernon is looking for a Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team! You’ll be part of a company that leads the industry in restoration and cleaning services—and you’ll play a key role in improving indoor air quality for homes and businesses in our community. Responsibilities: Perform HVAC and duct cleaning services using industry-standard equipment Set up containment and safety measures before starting each job Inspect, clean, and restore duct systems to ensure optimal performance Maintain cleanliness and care of tools, vehicles, and equipment Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time Support other cleaning or restoration services when needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or restoration preferred (but not required—we will train the right candidate) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Paid training and IICRC certifications Opportunities for advancement Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays A team-oriented and supportive work environment Ready to Join Our Team?
