Entry-Level Opportunity: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: South Salem | Pay: Starting at $19.50/hour + benefits | Full-Time

What you’ll do:

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll help individuals live fulfilling, independent lives by:

• Assisting with daily living skills and routines
• Encouraging community involvement and social activities
• Supporting health and wellness, including medication administration
• Building meaningful relationships and celebrating progress

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic person ready to learn and grow
• A recent graduate in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to complete First Aid/CPR certification (we can help with that!)

Available Shifts:

• Friday - Sunday, 6am - 2pm; Monday, 6am - 6pm (36 hours)
